Estimate Of Pest Control Cost?
We are first time home buyers trying figure out all the “hidden” costs we aren’t used to. Can you give me an estimate on monthly charges of pest control for a 1500 sq. foot home, on the interior and exterior? Do we need to have it sprayed on the inside and outside?

The medium cost throughout the US is $120 for monthly, but monthly is not necessary, and even if they do it monthly, you will still find a spider or two in your bathtub.

We pay $53 every two months for exterior treatment. If you find a place that says you need to be sprayed every month on the inside, keep looking. We haven’t had our interior sprayed for quite some time and as long as the exterior treatment is working we won’t.
