Hello.. I live in a 5 year old townhouse(Toll brothers) . away from water, away from big trees. very small yard on the back. I got this visit from a local pest control guy ( MOXIE ) and I fell for his talk and signed up for an annual contract.. but now i am wondering.. i don’t have any visible pest problems – other than the occasional ants i see in the kitchen. Do i really need a professional pest control service? are there any invisible pests lurking behind my walls?

Does anyone please have any success stories regarding using a pest control service, considering they have a guarantee supposedly? I am scheduled for service this coming Saturday and havent been able to sleep there (been staying with a friend) due to friggin disgusting roaches, tried sprays and advice on other stuff and it hasnt worked for me. I moved in two weeks ago, contacted leaving landlord voicemail, she never responded. So please, they are going to be charging me like 95 down and 80 ev. 2 months and I dont want to waste time or my money if this isn’t even going to be a success.

Fumigation used to result in hundreds of dead cockroaches leeching out of the cracks and dropping to the floor .. new pesticides are useless i haven’t come across one dead body.
I have used a wide range of products to rid myself of german roaches, have hired and payed for hundreds of dollars of domestic pest control services and can honestly say that my coffee cup catches more roaches than all of them combined.
Restaurant friends, who had success with their own pest erradications, suggested I hire a company who erradicates pests to industry standards ..ie..for restaurants, motels, and some very well known resorts etc.
I figured if it was good enough for them it was going to work for me.
The company in question travelled from another city and took aprox 3 hrs to fumigate my house interior/exterior and workshed, it was very expensive but i didn’t care so long as the treatment worked.
Sadly..I still had roaches!!
I’ve lost faith in all exterminators since then they simply Don’t Work!.. and i refuse to pay for services i have NOT received.
Are they using different strengths of chemical for domestic areas than they do in Commercial Areas?

Does anyone knows about how much would it cost to have a pest control for an apartment? Any good pest control service?

I got sold on this service that charges 80 bucks every two months for 1 yr (480 buck/yr) and they come and do a pest control service 6 times. My house is brand new and was wondering if i really need this service that some money! if I ever need to call the pest control how much would they charge me that one time?

We are having trouble with spiders in our beverage distribution warehouse. Unfortunately we cant use regular “bug spray” due to the fact we carry consumable product. Does anyone know an all natural or OSHA approved spider/bug repellant that we can use without endangering the customers we service?

And are there other services I should get from a pest control service??? Like including other pests, yearly sprayings, etc.
I know there is no way to know for sure how much it will cost and that it depends on a lot of factors, but I just want a general idea. I live in North Carolina, House is 1200 square feet, and lot is wooded, about 1/3 acre.

I plan to get a professonal pest control service Asap, but I need some answers now a real head start..

What about, traps, baits, and gels?
I know most professonal roach kill products are not available to the public, so what’s the next best thing ?
What about a,”Do It your self “pest control shop?

The cock roaches are so resilliant this year, more then past years that I have seen..
Is there a powder, as well as the boric acid, and something to flush them out with ?
I heard about the baits I can make,the boric acid, flour, bacon drippings.what’s the “formula” for this, how much of each ?
I need to do the edges of the cealing too.
What about, Bioganic products ?
I can’t tent, I am too close to my neighbors, like a sardine can, well, almost..
