Pest Control For Birds. Anyone?

You may be shocked that birds can also put inconvenience to every homeowner. We see birds as tamed animals that will bring no harm to people. However, sometimes it is inevitable that birds will put discomfort to the homeowners. There are several way to pest control birds.

Usually birds are creating nest and resting on our roof. When birds built a nest in the chimney it may cause bird mite or sometimes called bird lice. This is one of the common discomforts brought by birds to homeowner. Once the bird lice penetrate the home it could cause some serious problem.

To eliminate bird lice homeowner can use bird insecticidal spray to kill bird lice. Spray this to your chimney or the places where bird lice rests. Aside doing this the homeowner should also remove the nest above the roof so that birds will no longer rest there which is the main cause of bird lice or mite.

For normal bird pest control one can resort to different method just to pest control birds.

There are products available that homeowners can purchase to repel birds. They use traps to catch birds and humanely dispose it. However, in some places bird shooting is allowed. But, if you don’t want to kill birds, just to repel them from pestering your home you can use different repelling method. Like putting traps on your roof.

Other products that you can use are safety birds spikes, nets for birds, bird tension wire and visual bird deterrent.Birds spikes are usually used to make birds have a hard time to land on your roof this will make them fly away and find other place to rest. Meanwhile nets are used to capture them dispose them humanely. With wire strips, it causes light electric shock to the bird that will electrify the bird a bit that will result to its repellant to land on your roof. Visual deterrents are like figure that will threaten the birds like scary eyes, scare crow and other figure that will scare the birds away.

Birds may look calm and tamed but in some case they can also bring inconvenience to some households. But to pest control birds is easy. There are so many ways to choose from. Some may not require hurting the bird but it is inevitable that you touch them a bit to stop landing on your roof.

Does anyone please have any success stories regarding using a pest control service, considering they have a guarantee supposedly? I am scheduled for service this coming Saturday and havent been able to sleep there (been staying with a friend) due to friggin disgusting roaches, tried sprays and advice on other stuff and it hasnt worked for me. I moved in two weeks ago, contacted leaving landlord voicemail, she never responded. So please, they are going to be charging me like 95 down and 80 ev. 2 months and I dont want to waste time or my money if this isn’t even going to be a success.

A few years ago the same product was advertised as a way to improve TV reception using the wiring in your house & it was fraudulaent.

Where I live, stinkbugs are like some sort of Biblical plague. Everytime I Google looking for answers, there are websites like bugspray.com offering aerosols,sprays,dust etc. that supposedly deal effectively with them. However, every quote I’ve read from exterminators and entymologists insists there’s nothing you can do but seal up your house 100%. What do you think? Is it a waste of time\money to order products online to spray and treat your house interior/exterior? Do “pest control” sites offer products for stinkbugs that only offer temporary results? Or are there ways to beat the bugs if you have the time and money?

We are moving to apartment that is kept very untidy and there are roaches all around. Planning to get the pest control and professional cleaning done. Not sure which one has to be done first. Will cleaning after pest control take away the effect of pest control? Thanks.
