Scientists think that global warming would, amoung other effects, increase the number of tropical cyclones. Why would this happen?

sorry i know its wrong to ask homework questions on yahoo but yeahh, im really having trouble with this.
soo why is it a good reason to get rid of global warming? other than like, making some animals like, exctint.

I have heard a lot about global warming lately in Biology, and I’ve been wondering, exactly what changes is it having/ what changes will it have on life on earth and our climate?

Global warming is on trial in a court of law, a case has to be presented to convince the Judge and jury that manmade global warming is real. Hearsay and circumstantial evidence is not be permitted.
• What solid evidence would you present to the court?
• Which expert witnesses / reports / sources would you rely on?

My teacher is making us do a research paper on global warming. One aspect is how it affects biodiversity in the marine biome. We need 5 plants and/or animals in this biome that are threatened by global warming. Does anyone have any sites or information that can help?

Can someone please help me research/understand how continental drift can contribute to global warming? I’m looking for NATURAL causes of global warming that are relative to plate tectonics.
Can sea floor spreading contribute?
Can the change in ocean currents from the movement of continents contribute to global warming?
Can mountain ranges created from continental drift contribute in anyway to global warming?

And the fact that global warming is based almost entirely on extremely flawed computer models that have been consistently wrong since they’ve been used.
How can you people buy this garbage?
Oh and the polar bears are increasing in numbers, and they survived when temperatures were much warmer than they have ever been in the last century.

Scientists who believe in global warming have concluded that the future of the world is in danger and that global warming may contribute to a minimal (slight) acceleration of a normal process of natural disasters.
Therefore scientist who believe, such as a religion, is not a fact, but belief.
Therefore global warming may contribute, accelerate something that is happening on it’s own anyway, the word “may” does not imply a fact.
Therefore there is no global warming, and why is there a global warming section in yahoo answers?

Is global warming a serious problem? Would you be willing to make personal sacrifices to address the issue? California has taken the lead in addressing the problem of global warming. Should Texas follow suit?
