Don't allow these unwanted pests to invade your home. We will provide you with safe and reliable service by making an aggressive exterior treatment every three months. Our goal is to prevent pest from entering your home and becoming an unwanted visitor. Our guaranteed Quarterly Perimeter Service eliminates the need to make appointments for regularly scheduled service. More important you will not expose your family and friends to unnecessary pesticide applications inside your home.

Our Quarterly Perimeter Service is completely guaranteed for crawling insects such as ants including carpenter ants, spiders, roaches, scorpions, earwigs, silverfish, centipedes, and if needed fleas and interior rodent control. If you have problems between any scheduled quarterly services we will retreat, including the inside if necessary, at no charge to you.

First Quarterly Perimeter Service:

First service includes an initial interior treatment at a set time convenient to your schedule between 7:00am and 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. Our service technician will meet you within a 15 minute window before or after your set time. Our trained technician will apply a protective barrier application around entry points such as door jambs and windows and common insect harborage sites. After this initial interior treatment we will only treat the inside of your home as needed.

Each Quarterly Perimeter Service thereafter:

Protective perimeter barrier applications in crack & crevices
Protective perimeter void treatments
Protective perimeter barrier applications around the foundation of your home
Removal of accessible spider webs, wasp nest, and mud daubers from eaves, porches, patios, door jambs, etc.
If any additional treatments are needed between scheduled services please call and schedule a service between 7:00 am and 5:30 pm. Monday through Friday at no cost to you.
